Monday: The week kicks off talking about Back To School for the kids, but also for you, if you are in real estate, its Back To School in Real Estate Week. Many people come from different walks of life, who want to learn Real Estate. Today’s show was for the “Do It Yourselfers”. We researched and found the best way to self-teach yourself real estate. Today we did even better, we showered you OUR RESULTS from our recent Live Tax Auction Experience, held at the monthly Philadelphia Sherriff’s Tax Sale. We won FOUR profitable deals! On todays show I broke it down for you. Listen to the Wednesday recording to learn all about it.

Thursday: Get ready for our mind-blowing conversation focusing on mortgages related to your health and life expectancy. That’s right! A recent study asked, “Can Mortgages Extend Your Life Expectancy?” Research says yes, there is a link. Our researchers brought me the study and I shared it on today’s show. Friday: And Today, I brought you more Back to School in Real Estate Tips and some Home Search ideas. It's that time of year when families consider moving to get their children into a good school district. We looked back at a survey conducted by Realtor.com about the “back-to-school” time to see how much weight schools have in the home-buying decision. The results show that school-district boundaries do impact the buying decision for more than 60 percent of realtor.com home buyers.

We also found that home buyers are willing to pay more and give up certain features for a home located in their district of choice. These buyers are especially willing to give up access to shopping and nearby parks and trails, among other amenities, to reside within the school-district boundaries of their choice.
