Highlighting our weekly theme, we continue to talk about why NOW is the time to buy real estate using the theme of Real Estate Success and the synergy between IRAs and real estate. Here are three to five reasons why this is critical to success:

  1. Tax-Deferred or Tax-Free Growth: Investing in real estate through an SDIRA allows your investment to grow without the drag of annual taxes. Traditional IRAs offer tax-deferred growth, while Roth IRAs provide tax-free growth, enhancing your returns over time.
