1.    When evaluating any business, you should look at four key elements: Learn them.

1.    The Business Plan (Model) Is it proven?

2.    The People. Are they proven? T.E.A.M.

3.    The Product. Is it proven?

4.    The Technology/System. Is it proven?

2.      When Choosing among your final choices, ask these important questions:

a.      Can I make a single effort, but get multiple results? i.e. Residual income?

b.      Is it scalable?

c.       Is it automatable? i.e. like The Automatic Landlord

d.      Is it replenishable? i.e. self sustainable

e.      Is it location-free? Can I do it remotely?

f.        Is it outsourceable? i.e. requires few or no emplyees.

3.      Finally I gave a list of key T.E.A.M. members you should have. Remember T.E.A.M. stands for Together Everyone Achieves More. Here’s the list:

-          Mortgage Bankers

-          Banker

-          Real Estate Attorney

-          Title Company

-          Escrow Company

-          Insurance Broker

-          Appraiser

-          Plumber

-          Electrician

-          Painter

-          Carpet & Flooring

-          Carpenter

-          Cabinet Guy

-          President of local REIA
