Friday’s mean it’s time for the Weekly Wrap-Up on The Real Estate Show, so here’s here’s a short summary of this weeks highlights:



Monday: Announcing “”, How To Buy A House When The Banks Say No! is a brand new way to buy a home for those  with damaged credit into a home of their own at today's market pricing, without requiring you to qualify for bank financing. The Real Estate Show, and Host Eric Willner, share a new source for homeowners who found themselves pushed out of being able to buy a home of their own due to bank’s strict qualifying criteria. No matter what's happened in your life, divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale, unpaid credit cards, auto repo, medical bills... you name it, we can work with it with the program.

At, we are Real Estate Investors who buy and sell houses for a profit. In some (not all) cases we are able to buy in a way that allows us to re-sell on 'terms' to a buyer like you. We look at it like the ultimate win-win-win. The seller gets what they need, you the buyer are able to lock in at current pricing with no loan needed, and we make a profit. All that is required of you is a reasonable down payment, the willingness and ability to care for and maintain a home of your own. Plus, unlike banks, at, we don't care where your down payment comes from.

Thursday: NAR: Affordability in the Top 10 Most Popular Markets for Millennial

Affordability in Real Estate once again hits the headlines and The Real Estate Show brings you the details in a recent report from the National Association of Realtors, which we shared on the air. Here is the article from

WASHINGTON (April 25, 2019) – A wide range of factors contribute to why millennials decide to move to certain areas, remain for an extended period or choose to relocate shortly after their arrival. Job market and affordability in the given location are two of the main reasons that impact millennials the most, according to the National Association of Realtors®' 2019 report, " Most Popular Areas for Millennials: where they move and stay . "

The report analyzed employment gains, population trends, income levels and housing conditions in the largest 100 metropolitan statistical areas1 across the country to identify the most popular areas for millennials.2 The top 10 metro areas were selected because of their high share of both present millennial residents and recent movers, as well as their favorable employment opportunities.
