As we step into the seventh week of 2024, let's continue discussing why NOW is the time to buy real estate. Today, we focus on an important ingredient of Real Estate Success, and success is measured by the numbers. And your credit score is one of the most important numbers. Period. It affects how much you will pay for ALL your insurances (car, boat, house – even life and health)! Obviously it affects what you pay for loans and your interest rates on EVERYTHING! AND it affects the jobs you get – or CAN’T GET!
The AIDA Model - Financial Divide
Attention - There is a financial crisis in America - The Financial Divide is GROWING - which side will you be on? Interest –
There are two financial systems: Public & Private-> 'Privileged' .... The Pawns & The Players.
The difference is not Physical, it's Mental – it’s what you are taught - not just the 3R's but what you are not properly taught: Financial Literacy! U Need it!

In the context of today’s theme and reminding the importance of GOOD CREDIT, let's talk about the '80/20 Rule' as it relates to wealth in America. Understanding it is all because of 'The Money Game' in life. Are you playing it and winning, or are you being played? Ask yourself, 'Do you feel like a Pawn or a Player in The Game of Life?' Having GOOD CREDIT is a BIG part of the solution!
Numerical Example
Let's put it in perspective with a numerical example. Imagine a $300,000 loan with a 2% difference in interest rates due to your good credit. This seemingly small difference can save you tens of thousands of dollars over a 30-year loan. I call it the Financial Edge - Do you 'Got It?'
Think about an additional 2% difference on a $300,000 is $6000 per year. Over just 10 years that’s a $60,000 additional cost, now imagine over 30 years. You could pay more than a 50% difference just in mortgage costs – now imagine the additional insurance cost on top!!
